Saucepan Brownies
In medium saucepan melt butter or margarine. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Let cool about 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread in greased 9" X 13" (22 X 33 cm) pan. Bake at 400 F ( 200 C) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F( 180 C) and bake another 5 minutes. Watch carefully. Do not overcook. Let cool.
Cover with Chocolate Butter Frosting :
2-1/2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp soft butter
2-1/2 tbsp milk
1-1/2 cups icing sugar
Mix together until smooth and spread on cooled brownies.
